Export
Export your resume as PDF, to Google Drive, to Google Sheets, or to clipboard.

PDF Download
The most common export. Generates a PDF that matches your resume canvas exactly.
- Click the Download button in the toolbar (or the export menu).
- Your resume downloads as a PDF file.
PDF export is free, no credits required. Fonts, colors, and layout are all preserved.
Google Drive
Save your resume directly to Google Drive without downloading a file first.
- Click the export menu and choose Save to Google Drive.
- If this is your first time, connect your Google account (one-time setup).
- Your resume saves as a PDF in your Drive.
Good for cloud backup or sharing via a Drive link.
Google Sheets
Export your resume data as structured rows and columns.
- Click the export menu and choose Export to Google Sheets.
- Connect your Google account if you haven't already.
- Text2Resume creates a spreadsheet with your resume data organized by section.
Works well for tracking multiple resume versions or bulk editing in a spreadsheet.
Clipboard
Copy your resume content as formatted text.
- Click the export menu and choose Copy to Clipboard.
- Paste into any text editor, email, or form that accepts formatted text.
Some applications ask you to paste resume content into a text box rather than upload a file. Clipboard export handles that.
